Purchasing & Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Each hand cut piece is one-of-a-kind and takes many hours to create. We are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.
There is a flat rate shipping charge at checkout. This rate goes towards your final shipping total. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to email revivalistsouth@gmail.com
If your piece is lost, stolen, marked as delivered but missing, delayed, or not showing shipping progress, we highly recommend reaching out to the carrier itself. These delicate issues are best handled between the client and carrier. If damages occur during the shipping process, please reach out via email or Instagram within 3 days of arrival. We will try to help with a replacement piece or a refund through the carrier if possible. Your patience and understanding are appreciated during this process.
